More Than A Great Catchphrase: Why Company Culture Matters More Than You Think. (The Worksheet)

Now you know why mission statements are important.
But what about company culture? Isn’t it just a buzzword used to sound impressive in corporate brochures?
Let’s see if there’s more to culture than just PR spin.
Culture isn’t real
This is what many business owners and leaders feel. Because, after all:
- They can’t touch culture. They can’t hold it in their hands and test its usability.
- They can’t measure it. When something isn’t concrete, how do you measure it?
- They can’t profit from it. There is no way to make “culture” a fee-earning part of their business.
Or so you may think.
Culture is real
In reality:
- Culture is tangible and observable: it’s how people work together and interact.
- Culture is measurable: in your employee satisfaction, retention, productivity, and more.
- Culture is profitable: because happier employees mean more productive and dedicated employees.
