How to Talk to Clients So They Actually Buy: From Meh to Magic. (The Worksheet)

Last week you unlocked employee excitement. You figured out how to make your employees as excited about your business as you are.

This week we are going to swap this perspective: how can you become just as excited about your clients?

What clients need

You’re naturally excited about your product or service – you see the amazing things it can do for clients.

They have a problem. You have a solution. In your head, you have already connected the dots and you are excited for the client to see how you will transform their lives.

What clients want

Now translate that excitement to your clients.

Show them their future with their problem solved, their business booming, or their life simplified. Get excited about their success, not just your own.

What clients hear

Swap last week’s exercise: now describe what your clients need – in full sentences and in their language. Then list your strengths – in full sentences. And connect those dots.

That is the message you want to share with clients. Create a story where they’re the hero, and you’re the weapon they use to win.

What next

This all becomes easier when you have a detailed customer roadmap or step-by-step journey from first encounter to repeat business. Contact me for a 2-hour $900 workshop to complete yours.
