Thank you Jinfo for allowing me two bylines in one week.

The first is subscription only and part of Jinfo’s research on “Benchmark Information Roles“. My contribution discusses Three steps to prosperous business partnerships. From my experience in various roles of business relationships – vendor client and collaborator – I discuss an effective strategy for maximizing these relationships and how all interactions are ultimately about collaboration first and foremost.

In addition I am featured on their regular Tipples blog column (public content) providing a short review of some online resources I use both for work and play.
