Happy Birthday Switzerland

I lived in Switzerland for 15 years, and it remained my “home-base” during the itinerant years of university and graduate studies.

August 1st – today – Switzerland celebrates it’s national holiday, or Independence Day. And so, à propos of nothing else, here are some thoughts on the Swiss flag.
